The purpose of the Barnstable County Public Works Association (BCPWA) shall be to advance and improve the interest of all facets of public works construction, operation, maintenance and personnel as it applies to the various cities and towns embraced geographically by the membership through education, association, improved legislation, and such other means as may be considered proper and expedient.
