First Responders Appreciation Ceremony

On April 15, 2019, Massachusetts First Responders Appreciation Day, new First Responder flags replaced the worn ones hanging on the Route 6 overpass at Route 149. A new DPW First Responder flag was unveiled at the ceremony and now hangs with the others on the First Responders Bridge, the only bridge in the country dedicated to the men and women who serve and protect us throughout the year.
